- Performing general office duties and data entry
- Enthusiastically welcoming scholars, faculty, staff, and visitors
- Assisting with the set-up and break-down of Smith-Hutson Scholarship Program events as needed
- Answering phones, providing program/general University information to scholars, department visitors, prospective program participants, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Some work will be performed after hours or on weekends.
Student may need to lift up to 40 lbs
