Studio Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio
- Hire, train, and develop a core group of motivated instructors
- Drive membership sales
- Ensure customer experience is extraordinary
- Be the face of the studio
Studio Manager Qualifications:
- Passionate about wellness and Pilates
- Certification in our method
- Proven experience in building memberships
- Proficiency in computer software, especially scheduling and CRMs
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
