Job Description:
- At least 7 years relevant experience required.
- Sr. Brand Operations Manager takes on a larger workload overseeing communication and project management within the in-house production dept, including partner communication, planning/resourcing of projects, creative development, tracking reviews & approvals and delivery/execution of projects.
- Manage and guide communications projects within the Brand Operations Team that are developed for internal employees and external customers. End-to-end project management activities include initial planning/resourcing, leading kick-off meetings, communicating with the partners, managing timelines, reviews/approvals and facilitating the delivery/execution of projects.
- Build and maintain positive partner relationships with collaboration, negotiation, and consistent open lines of communication.
- Ability to work with all levels of internal stakeholders from production artist to VP & do so in a way that calms chaos, inspires confidence, and provides positivity.
