HOTWORX Asheville - Biltmore is seeking a full-time Studio Sales Manager to lead our team, drive membership growth, and ensure an exceptional experience for every member. HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed workouts in a heated environment. Our unique concept combines the benefits of infrared heat with exercise to help members achieve more results in less time.
Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day studio operations and sales performance
Achieve monthly membership and retail sales goals
Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team
Build community relationships and promote the HOTWORX brand locally
Oversee social media and marketing initiatives
Manage staff schedules, studio cleanliness, and customer experience
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ownership
1+ years in sales and/or fitness studio, retail, or hospitality management
Proven success in meeting sales goals and team leadership
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for fitness and wellness
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and some weekends
Base salary of $40,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience
