Overview:

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Submersible Pump Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this position, you’ll be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting submersible pumps and components to ensure they meet company and industry quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble submersible pumps and related components according to blueprints, schematics, and work orders
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely and effectively
Inspect parts for defects and ensure all assemblies meet quality standards
Perform leak and pressure testing on completed pumps
Maintain clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints
Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of tools and equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
