LocationOur West Campus is located at 2400 Gillionville Road, Albany, GA 31707. Our East Campus is located at 504 College Drive, Albany, GA 31705. The Human Resources office for both campuses is located on the West Campus in Building K, Suite 111.
Job SummaryAt the Early Learning Center there are two instructional teachers for every classroom. The Substitute Teacher is a person who will provide an invaluable service when one of these teachers is absent for a day or more extended periods. If the Lead Teacher is absent, the Assistant Teacher will transition to be the Lead Teacher and will be supported by the substitute teacher. If the Assistant teacher is absent, the Lead Teacher will be supported by the substitute teacher.
Responsibilities- Assist with presenting the content prepared by the full-time teachers
- Help students through daily tasks
- Use interpersonal skills to interact with students
- Possess classroom management skills
- Be available on a variable schedule
Have a high school diploma or the equivalent (GED)
The selected applicant must obtain DECAL background check clearance before starting to work
Preferred Qualifications
Have an AAS in elementary or preschool education
Have experience with early learners (ages two - five)
Proposed SalarySalary will be $12.63 per hours for 19 hours or less per week.
