Daily Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project timelines are met Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders Required Skills: Experience in general construction and commercial projects Knowledge of take-offs, pre-construction, and construction management Experience with multi-family construction and tenant improvements Proficiency in PlanSwift, PlanGrid, and Sage Timberline Strong skills in submittals, change orders, and scope development Proficient in Construction Drawings Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Punch Out Lists, Project Closeout, and Request For Information Familiarity with Bluebeam, Blueprints, and Building Information Modeling Strong subcontract management and negotiation skills Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $110,000.00 Maximum Salary: $150,000.00 Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance 401(k), Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay Company Information: Elevation Consulting Solution provides strategic consulting services to enhance business operations and efficiency.
