Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end luxury homes. The Superintendent will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and a passion for delivering exceptional custom homes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day construction operations on luxury residential projects.
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate subcontractors and manage their performance on-site.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers to address any concerns or changes.
Maintain accurate project documentation and budgets.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction.
Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
