Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end restaurant projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in fine dining aesthetics and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all phases of construction for high-end restaurant projects
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines are met
Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process
Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets, including bid preparation and negotiations with subcontractors
Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction of retail or restaurant projects
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience with bid preparation and negotiating with subcontractors is a plus
Understanding of big box retail construction is desirable
Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements
