Job Details

Key duties include:

+ Overseeing day-to-day field activities and subcontractor performance
+ Managing project cost control, schedule execution, and quality assurance
+ Conducting foreman meetings and daily reports
+ Ensuring all safety procedures and inspections are followed
+ Maintaining accurate project documentation and as-built drawings
+ Training and mentoring assistant superintendents and field engineers
+ Driving issue resolution and continuous project improvement

Qualifications -

+ Experience leading commercial or retail construction projects
+ Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and safety compliance
+ Strong communication and leadership skills
+ OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification (required)
