Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing daily operations to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Collaborating with team members to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Managing project timelines and resources efficiently to achieve project milestones.
- Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
- Facilitating communication between various stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
- Leading and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and teamwork.

 

Qualifications
· 5–10+ years field supervision
· ICRA/ILSM proficiency; OSHA 30 required; ASHE/CHC a plus.
· Proficient with Procore (or similar), MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
· Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 2 to 7 years.
