Supervisor in Training Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic Supervisor in Training for our Tacoma, Washington manufacturing plant. Embark on a transformative journey with our 12-18 month comprehensive leadership training program, designed to mold you into a future Supervisor within our company.

Responsibilities

Your Path to Success:

  • Holistic Exposure: Dive into Production, Quality, Tooling, Safety, Maintenance, Distribution, Continuous Improvement (CI), Materials, and HR. Gain deep insights into our business and learn to lead with confidence.
  • Leadership Development: Hone your skills to effectively lead a team through coaching, mentoring, training, and fostering team member relations.
  • Impactful Change: Drive positive shifts in key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Safety, Quality, On-Time Delivery (OTD), Cost, 5S, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
  • Communication Mastery: Develop the ability to communicate effectively with business leaders.
  • Lean Manufacturing Expertise: Learn, develop, and implement lean manufacturing tools to propel manufacturing improvements.
  • Soft Skills Enhancement: Sharpen your public speaking and presentation skills, and cultivate your leadership voice.

    • Qualifications

    Requirements:

  • Flexibility & Commitment: Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs, with a readiness to cover swing and graveyard shifts.
  • Manufacturing Experience: A minimum of 3+ years in manufacturing is required.
  • Shift Versatility: Upon program completion, willingness to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and 8-12 hour shifts.
  • Team & Independent Work: Thrive both independently and collaboratively in a high-growth environment.
  • Task Management: Skillfully manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Detail-Oriented: Precision and attention to detail are key.
  • Tech Proficiency: Strong command of the MS Office Suite.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
