What You’ll Do
- Ensure accurate inventory control and continuous material flow
- Lead, coach, and develop materials, inventory, and logistics teams
- Use Lean tools and data to drive process improvement and reduce waste
- Forecast and align materials with production schedules
- Manage purchasing, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations
- Manage domestic and international logistics
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and implement strategic supply chain initiatives
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in materials management
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP systems
