Supply Clerk at Pride Health

Join Pride Health as a Supply Clerk at Greenville, ME! This is a 4 months contract role (with high possibility of extension) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Supply Clerk

Location: Greenville, ME 04441

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $16 - 17.20/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect all incoming products; verify items against vendor paperwork and date-stamp upon receipt.
• Notify the receiving team of any discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials.
• Identify and report short-dated materials (less than 30 days of shelf life) to the Lean Supply Supervisor.
• Store materials in designated warehouse areas and rotate stock based on receipt and expiration dates.
• Stage and deliver stock from the warehouse to appropriate laboratory or department locations.
• Assist in conducting warehouse cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Prepare and package outbound shipments for dispatch.
• Operate material-handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in materials management, warehouse operations, or logistics.

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
