Support Agent
Huntington Beach
Temp-to-Hire
$24 to $26 per hour
Hours will be 6AM - 3PM Monday - Friday after training (one hour lunch).
Hours during training will be 7:00am to 4:00pm (one hour lunch).
Daily Responsibilities:
Provide technical support related to company product and services
Assist with client activations and enrollment
Answer inbound sales and support calls, and make outbound calls as required
Accurately complete tasks and close out support cases
Handle complaints and unpleasant customers with a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
Communicate directly with credit, sales, shipping, and other necessary departments and colleagues to ensure effective and timely service to customers
Provide excellent support and maintain high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
Can be depended upon to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
Strong phone etiquette and active listening
Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and customers
Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
Strong attention to detail is critical
Ideal candidates will have solid technical skills as they will be working within multiple systems simultaneously and will have 2 or 3 screens.
