Responsibilities:
- Prepare customized salads at guests' table with precision and flair
- Describe ingredients, dressings and preparation methods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart and work area at all times
- Follow all food safety and sanitization procedures in accordance to health regulations
- Monitor inventory of ingredients and report shortages or quality issues
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold restaurant standards of hospitality
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (fine dining experience a plus)
- Strong communications skills
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation and safety standards
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Positive attitude, teamwork and BIG personality
