We are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, to work onsite at a logistics / warehousing and distribution client located just 20 minutes northeast of Louisville. This role will support the candidate identification of non-exempt and hourly associates.

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent for our clients. This individual will leverage their industry knowledge, networking skills, and recruitment experience to effectively fill positions across various business segments including production, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
Recruiter Specific Responsibilities:
- Able to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Recruit, screen, schedule, interview and onboard associates. Background and reference checking where appropriate.
- Maintain excellent client relations by handling all customer service inquiries, concerns, issues, and ensuring consistent quality of delivery and service.
- Determine client needs and place appropriate skilled employees on flexible/full-time assignments.
- Review media and weekly job ads to identify trends, needs and prospects.
- Maintain and document candidate communication within the recruiting database.
- Assess client company position requirements, write complete job orders and appropriately match permanent and/or temporary employees to meet client needs and expectations.
- Follow-up on al existing business to ensure retention, quality control and The Qualities:
Recruiter Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree ( preferred ) and/or at least 2+ years experience in recruitment. Attributes for a successful candidate include:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, clients, and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
- Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle confidential information and material concerning employees, wages, company information, compliant investigation and progressive disciplinary information
- Proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
