Job Description As a Talent Specialist you are part of a team, one that utilizes progressive and innovative recruiting strategies to deliver exceptional talent to our clients and provide professional job opportunities for candidates. In this role you will source, screen and match professionals with our clients’ temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent opportunities. Talent Specialists analyze hiring demand and determine the best recruiting methods, using a variety of sources, to develop and maintain a diverse talent network. Responsibilities of the Talent Specialist Promote Greysmith recruitment services to job seekers so they might pursue employment opportunities through our company Build, manage and maintain a diverse talent network aligned with specific industry needs Recruit, interview, retain and develop candidates; understand their needs and professional goals Assess the qualifications, career goals and culture fit of each individual to ensure compatibility with client needs Manage the candidate workflow from prequalification, to offer acceptance, to onboarding and throughout assignment. Coach and develop talent network; build and maintain strong relationships Become an expert in the industries you support; advise candidates on client expectations, desired skills and wage expectations Market the candidate’s skills, knowledge and abilities to our Staffing Consultants so we can provide clients with the best matched talent Requirements of the Talent Specialist Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and influence Consistent track record of achievement in past positions Self-motivated, driven and outgoing personality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor’s Degree Recruiting experience or knowledge of the recruiting process is a plus! Compensation of the Talent Specialist $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 base plus an uncapped commission program
