Position Overview
As a Tax Manager, you'll play a key role in leading corporate tax engagements and supporting a diverse client base. You'll work closely with partners and team members to deliver thoughtful tax planning, ensure compliance, and provide strategic guidance to clients across a range of industries.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading tax engagements for corporate clients (C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnerships, and high-net-worth)
- Providing strategic tax planning, compliance, and consulting services across diverse industries.
- Reviewing complex tax returns and ensuring technical accuracy with U.S. GAAP, ASC 740, and multi-state regulations
- Collaborating with partners and subject matter experts on tax research and client solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive federal tax consulting and/or compliance experience in public accounting
- 2+ years in a manager role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- A current and valid CPA License
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
