Senior Tax Manager - $180k+ Base + Bonus + Revenue Participation
Salary: Starting at $180,000 + Sign-On Bonus + Annual Performance Bonus + Revenue Participation
Requirements: 15+ Years Public Accounting, CPA or JD/EA, Complex Multi-State Returns, High-Net-Worth Clients

Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Senior Tax Manager experienced with:

Complex federal and multi-state tax returns
High-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses
Tax planning, research, and compliance leadership

Job Duties

Prepare and review complex federal and multi-state individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
Conduct tax research and draft memoranda on technical issues and planning strategies
Coordinate with clients and their teams to gather documentation and provide responsive communication
Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development

What You Need for This Position

CPA, JD, or EA preferred
15+ years in public accounting
Experience with complex multi-state returns and high-net-worth clients
Proficiency in Lacerte, Tax Tools, and MS Office
