Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join our team. Whether youre in the kitchen or at the counter, your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional food and memorable experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Front of House (Customer Service)

• Greet and welcome customers warmly.
• Take orders efficiently and provide menu recommendations, including parathas, kebabs, and chai pairings.
• Ensure accurate processing of orders and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure tables are ready for the next guests.
• Keep Bathrooms clean
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a friendly and professional manner.

General Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory.
• Uphold the restaurants brand values by providing a consistent and enjoyable dining experience.

Requirements:

• Passion for food, especially Pakistani cuisine, and customer service.
• Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
