What We’re Looking For
A proactive, detail-driven designer with a degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture. You're fluent in Revit and AutoCAD, and familiar with Rhino or similar 3D modeling tools. You’re organized, curious, and eager to develop your skills across design, documentation, and construction. We support candidates actively pursuing licensure and NCARB certification.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support the technical and design development process at every phase, while building your foundation as a future leader. Your day-to-day will include:

• Drafting contract documents under the guidance of senior staff
• Producing 3D models, renderings, and design visuals
• Participating in design charrettes and brainstorming sessions
• Conducting site surveys, 3D scans, and field verifications
• Coordinating with consultants during design and documentation phases
• Researching materials, systems, and code compliance
• Engaging in internal reviews to refine technical accuracy
• Representing Mancini at industry events and client meetings
