Job Title: Technical Inside Sales Representative

Location: CTech Manufacturing

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Some after-hours and weekend availability may be required)


Job Overview:

CTech Manufacturing is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting customers and dealers by processing orders, managing communications, and becoming an expert in our product offerings. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, tech-savvy, and excited to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities: (During Training Phase)

  • Product Knowledge Development: Spend 4 hours daily on the drawer assembly line during the first 30 days to gain hands-on knowledge of CTech products.
  • System Training & Navigation: Learn and effectively use the following platforms: Google Suite: Email, Docs, and Sheets
  • Oro Commerce: Order processing and dealer training
  • BOM Fusion: Enter and manage orders for carts, cabinets, and tool drawer units requiring engineering
  • Toe Kick: Order tracking and help desk ticket system
  • Ring Central: Phone system
  • Slack: Internal communication and messaging
  • Ongoing Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process and manage sales orders and inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, dealers, and customers
  • Provide product and order support as needed
  • Assist in maintaining order tracking systems and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with engineering and production for customized orders




Requirements:
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes
  • Experience with or ability to learn various software platforms and order entry systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
