Technical Product Owner PIM at TEKsystems

*Description*
Local company that has grown by acquisition over the years, but the companies acquired have remained somewhat standalone organizations. These companies, or "the brands" as they call them, all have different processes, technologies, products, etc.. This company is going through a major modernization effort to standardize and eliminate data silos. One of these products that sits within the larger effort is *PIM.* Today, they have a home-grown PIM tool, but they are looking to either go to market for a new tool or potentially build a new one. This Technical Product Owner will be driving the modernization of this tool - understanding how data products are organized across the brands today, gaps/challenges, ideal future state for PIM, and then working with product to identify and select a tool that will fulfill the needs of various stakeholders and align with their vision.

This person will need to have:
-confidence/*aptitude in the topic of PIM*. PIM will be the entry point for transactional data.
-experience in process documentation/process mapping
-organizational and strategic thinking
-persuasive personality, but not to be confused with pushy or inability to listen to others.
-if they have experience with conducting RFP's that would be a nice to have in the event they go to RFP for a PIM tool

*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
