What You’ll Do
As Technology Consultant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of college technologies that support instruction, student services, and administrative operations. This position serves as a Tier 2 technical expert within the centralized IT Help Desk.

Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing advanced support for escalated issues involving hardware, software, network connectivity, and instructional technology.

  • Using specialized knowledge of institutional systems to resolve complex incidents.

  • Mentoring Tier 1 staff.

  • Assisting in IT project implementation.

  • Contributing to knowledge base development and system enhancements.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent, and five years of experience as a computer support specialist, computer analyst, technical consultant, and/or instructional technology specialist; or a combination of education and/or experience.

  • Technical experience troubleshooting with endpoints, Windows, Android, and Apple, along with experience consulting on new and emerging applications and devices.

  • An Associate’s Degree may substitute for two (2) years of the required experience.
