Key Responsibilities
- 3–5 years of experience advising companies on US federal and state privacy laws
- Experience in developing data protection programs, conducting privacy assessments, drafting privacy policies, negotiating data processing agreements
- Experience with high-risk privacy issues (AI, adtech, health data, biometric data, kids/teen data)
- Strong academic credentials; prior peer law firm experience is a plus
