A company is looking for a Telcor Support Analyst to provide advanced application and interface support for the Telcor QML middleware.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the connectivity of laboratory instruments to Telcor, ensuring seamless data transmission to MEDITECH ExpanseCollaborate with IT, Lab, and firewall teams to configure, validate device connections, and troubleshoot connectivity issuesPerform interface testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and manage validation packets for Medical Director approvalRequired QualificationsBackground in lab integrations, familiarity with lab instruments, HL7 interfaces, and data validation processesStrong experience with Telcor QML or other laboratory middleware applicationsFamiliarity with HL7 messaging, data mapping, and server connectivityPrior experience supporting Telcor connectivity or validation projects in a healthcare or laboratory environmentBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Laboratory Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
