Essential Job Duties:This position will provide daily maintenance of the property and facilities to serve participants and guests visiting the center and renting the Penn 4-H Center. Person will be responsible for repairing cabins, classrooms and other common areas as well as mowing, leaf blowing and keeping the grounds maintained. All state risk management policies must be followed at all times along with NCSU regulations and center guidelines. Flexibility in schedule will be needed for success in this position.
Schedule:
Hours/days will vary per week depending on type of groups on site. Supervisor will provide a schedule for work.
