Temporary Production Associate at Express Employment

Job Description:
Express Employment is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Temporary Production Associates to assist in our bagging and palletizing operations. This 3-4 month short-term assignment is critical as we work to restore functionality to our palletizing robot. We need extra hands to help maintain production flow as well as help and learn in other areas as needed. Position may end early or be extended depending on robot repair timeline and production needs. We are looking for candidates with a Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hang and fill 50lb bags of beans
• Sew bags closed using industrial equipment
• Manually palletize bags for shipping and storage
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for an entire shift
