Essential Job Duties:This position, up to 29 hours per week, will support research activities within the Research Group at ITRE primarily in the areas of roadway monitoring and roadway modeling, among others. This position will assist with research tasks related to web-mapping applications, as well as updating all Python scripts. Additional tasks may be assigned to this position in other relevant areas, based on the candidate’s background and expertise. The candidate should also be proficient in reporting writing, analysis, and communicating with the research team and the project sponsor.

- Familiarity with GIS ESRI software products including ArcPro, ArcEnterprise (ArcGIS Server and Data Store), PostgreSQL PostGIS- Familiarity with ArcGIS version upgrades- Experience in publishing geoprocessing services from Python script tools- WebApp AppBuilder Developer Edition
- Familiarity with Javascript, React, CSS, HTML- Knowledge of AWS EC2 and RDS infrastructure- Strong Access and MySQL database management knowledge
