Job Description

Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, PsyD) – Fort Wayne, IN


Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, in person

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adults facing mental health concerns
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and guide patients toward measurable progress
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow clinicians in a team-based care model
  • Support patients and families with education around coping strategies, recovery, and mental wellness
  • Respond with empathy and professionalism during crises or escalations


What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
  • Active Indiana licensure: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or PsyD
  • Experience in mental health or psychiatric care preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
