Therapist at East Tennessee Addiction Specialists

We are seeking a compassionate Group Therapist for our PHP/IOP programs in East Tennessee.

• Facilitate two evidence-based group sessions daily, focusing on mental health and substance use recovery.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document sessions, attendance, client progress, and clinical observations accurately and timely.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to ethical and licensing standards.


Qualifications include: Master’s degree in a relevant field, current licensure or eligibility, at least one year of group therapy experience, and familiarity with co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed care.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime hours with flexibility.
