Job Title: Therapist (Children, Adolescents, or Adults)
Location: Bloomington, MN (Hybrid – In-person & Telehealth)
Job Type: Flexible Hours. Very Part-Time to Full-Time (Minimum ~8 Client Hours/Week)
Are you a compassionate therapist looking for a flexible and supportive work environment?
We are a small, collaborative private practice in Bloomington, MN, seeking a licensed mental health therapist (or pre-licensed clinician working under supervision) to join our growing team. We welcome providers who are passionate about working with children, adolescents, and/or adults in a way that best supports both the client and clinician.
This position is highly flexible and can range from very part-time (starting at ~8 client hours/week) to full-time, depending on your needs.

Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology).
- Licensed or working toward licensure in Minnesota (e.g., LPCC, LGSW, LICSW, LMFT, LP).
- Experience or interest in working with children, adolescents, or adults.
- Self-motivated, professional, and committed to client-centered care.
