What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy for clients navigating growth, identity, transition, or performance-related stress.
• Bring a human approach to the work — relational, grounded, and authentic.
• Keep documentation simple and compliant (we streamline the admin so you can focus on people).
• Collaborate with a small, intentional team that values honesty, creativity, and aligned practice.

• Licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, etc.)
• Clinically grounded, but open to continuous learning and growth.
• Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a team culture.
• Someone who values authenticity, alignment, and meaningful impact.
