Administrative Assistant (Temporary) – Thousand Oaks, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Onsite in Thousand Oaks
Pay Rate: $23–$24 per hour

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support in a fast-paced office environment. This is a temporary position requiring strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling.

  • Prepare and edit documents using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally.

  • Assist with reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, basic data analysis).

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.



Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
