Tire and Lube Technician at TDG Facilities, LLC

TDG Facilities is looking for a full-time Facilities Cleaning Technician in the CANTON, OHIO area to help service an educational facility client. This role requires attention to detail and commitment to excellence, and the ability to maintain a regular schedule to support consistent results within a school based role. The daily schedule at this location would be 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm

Location:  CANTON, Ohio

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with office/staff personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Dust and clean hard surfaces
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors including stairs, hallways, and commons areas
• Clean and vacuum carpets
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable
• Periodic stripping and waxing of floors (seasonal)
• Restock supplies
• Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Commercial janitorial experience a plus!
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening
