- Collaborate closely with project directors to define and execute project objectives
- Conduct thorough research of county records to verify surface and mineral ownership, using both online databases and on-site courthouse visits
- Review, analyze, and synthesize research findings into clear, accurate reports for client submission
- Manage deadlines and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team and client objectives
- Licensed attorney in good standing
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in title and mineral research, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Experience working with Adobe Acrobat
