Our client is seeking a Title and Escrow Regional Manager for their growing agency in the State College, PA area. If you are passionate about real estate and the title and escrow industry and enjoy mentoring others, we would love to hear from you!
Title and Escrow Regional Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary between $70k - $85k as commensurate with experience, plus an incentive package

Title and Escrow Regional Manager Requirements:
- At least five years of industry experience with both sales and processing in title and escrow
 - Strong leadership abilities
 - Possess financial acumen as it relates to daily, monthly, and annual strategic planning and goals
 - Strong understanding of real estate law and title insurance principles
 - The ability to communicate with people at all levels internally and externally
 - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
 - Possess the ability to work under pressure with multiple shifting priorities
 - Ability to travel geographically as needed to assigned locations
 
Title and Escrow Regional Manager Responsibilities:
- Grow the assigned territory
 - Manage a regional team comprised of Sales Executives and Settlement/Escrow Agents
 - Provide mentorship and guidance to your team and act as a subject-matter expert on title and escrow matters
 - Provide operational oversight in terms of compliance and company policies and procedures and stay abreast of current and impending legislation in the real estate industry
 - Identify potential business development opportunities, and coordinate the handoff with your team
 - Generate reports to monitor KPIs in your region and summarize the data to identify trends and areas for improvement
