What You'll Do

As a Title Processing Clerk, you'll ensure every vehicle that passes through the auction process has the proper documentation in place-helping sellers, buyers, and mechanics keep business moving without a hitch.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process vehicle titles from sellers, ensuring a proper chain of ownership
  • Estimate registration fees, verify smog certificates, and perform online registration printouts
  • Process online reports of sales and issue temporary tags through DMV electronic systems
  • Maintain accurate file documentation and update customers on title and registration status
  • Research missing or incorrect title paperwork to ensure compliance with DMV regulations
  • Communicate with customers and DMV representatives to resolve title issues efficiently
  • Provide friendly, front-counter customer service as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Must have prior experience as a DMV Title Clerk (at least 2 years)
  • Strong knowledge of title and registration procedures
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally

Hours & Pay

  • Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Employment Type: Full-time
