Job Title: Tooling Repair Technician needed in Mebane NC

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Tooling Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by:

- Pull and set Molds, dissemble molds, plates, cores ejector, lifters, slides, hot runner, heat manifolds.

-Must have plastic injection molding experience

-Must have excellent documentation of work and clean workspace
- Performing routine inspections, repairs, and modifications to existing tooling to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshooting tooling issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintaining detailed records of tooling usage, maintenance activities, and performance metrics.
- Assisting in the development and execution of tooling strategies to enhance productivity and quality.
- Contributing to a culture of safety and compliance by adhering to all operational guidelines and best practices.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 2 or more years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

Desired Skills:
We seek individuals who exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. You should possess:

- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- A solid understanding of machining processes and materials.
- Experience with hand tools, measurement instruments, and precision machining equipment.
