Job Summary Trade Compliance Specialist - Exports

Summary:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Export Compliance Program Manager and team, ensuring effective management of export compliance activities and documentation.

Major Job Duties:
Conduct daily export compliance screenings using the Global Trade System.
Generate and analyze monthly export compliance reports; update visualization metrics using pivot tables and Pareto analysis.
Perform audits of export compliance documentation and clearance processes. Assist the manager in identifying and implementing corrective actions to minimize discrepancies.

*Additional Skills & Qualifications*

Education & Experience:
Vocational and technical administrative training with 2-4 years of relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities required. A bachelor's degree in finance, Political Science, Trade Studies, or related liberal arts fields is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI is highly preferred.

*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
