Volt is immediately hiring a Logistics & Transportation Coordinator in Bothell, WA.

*6+ month long contract *

As a Logistics & Transportation Coordinator you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation-related questions and issues
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and 3PL partners
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, including classification, valuation, and country of origin
• Manage shipment claims related to loss or damage with carriers or insurance providers
• Support HazMat shipping requirements and compliance processes
• Assist with shipping operations during peak periods or urgent timelines

This is a full-time, contract opportunity. (At least 6 months long)

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Logistics & Transportation Coordinator candidates must meet the following requirements:

• 5+ years of transportation or logistics experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Working knowledge of import/export regulations, Incoterms, and compliance standards
• Experience coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and Microsoft Office
• HazMat, DOT, or IATA certifications preferred

Pay Rate*: $33/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
