Transactional Associate Attorney – Seattle, WA

Responsibilities:

• Work on a variety of corporate transactions, including entity formation, venture capital and other financing arrangements, corporate governance, and general business counseling.

• Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions involving both public and private companies.

• Collaborate effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders, including clients, transaction counterparts, and subject matter experts.

• Conduct legal research, draft agreements, and provide strategic guidance throughout transactional processes.

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Washington State or eligibility to waive in.

• 2–3 years of experience handling a broad range of corporate transactions at a law firm.

• Demonstrated experience in public and private company mergers, acquisitions, and related strategic transactions.

• Strong academic credentials and polished verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to take ownership of projects while collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Anticipated salary range: $160,000–$240,000, with annual merit-based bonus eligibility.
