Job Description
Klinedinst PC is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and entrepreneurial attorney who is ready to join our growing and dynamic team in San Diego. Klinedinst is seeking a Transactional Associate with two (2)+ years of experience to play a critical role in negotiating and advising clients on contracts for corporate clients. As part of Klinedinst’s General Counsel, Transactional, and M&A group, the Transactional Associate will serve a vital role in representing clients in a wide range of transactional legal matters, from entity formations and licensing agreements to representing clients in fundraising activities, M&A and a wide array of contract negotiations.
Candidates for the Transactional Associate position should have at least two years of experience and a strong interest in gaining corporate, M&A, and general transactional experience. Candidates should also be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California. Experience in this subject is not as important as a strong hunger to learn more and go above and beyond for our clients. Familiarity with working with SaaS and software companies and data privacy is a plus, but not required.
Unlike behemoth Big Law firms, Klinedinst empowers its attorneys. We offer associates the opportunity to grow their practice, to lead, and to own the transactional process. If you are looking to land a job where you are making a difference - not simply pushing documents and processing due diligence - and would actually like to start running your own deals, throw your name in to be considered as the next Transactional Associate to join Klinedinst. Take your career to great heights, and apply today.
What candidates can expect as a Transactional Associate at Klinedinst:
Pay ranges are provided in compliance with SB1162, California’s pay transparency law; actual pay may vary based on a variety of factors, including education, applicable experience, etc.
This is the place where futures are made. If you are entrepreneurially-minded and are looking for a fast-moving, fast-growing team, take a step towards a new career. Apply for our Transactional Associate position today.
