Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Transactional Estate Planning Attorney to join our legal team. This position will focus on providing expert legal advice on estate planning matters, drafting documents, and ensuring the transactional aspects of estate planning are efficiently managed for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies and techniques to minimize tax liabilities and ensure efficient asset distribution.
  • Manage transactions related to estate planning, including property transfers and business succession planning.
  • Collaborate with clients and financial advisors to ensure comprehensive estate plans are in place.
  • Represent clients in estate and trust litigation when necessary, providing guidance and support throughout the legal process.
  • Stay updated on legal developments in estate planning and transactional law to provide the best advice to clients.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and transactional law.
  • Strong understanding of estate tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
