This role involves managing patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic illnesses, focusing on regaining independence. Candidates must be proficient in interdisciplinary collaboration, patient assessments, and care planning. This is a 12-hour shift position and may include weekends or holidays. Completion of compliance documents will take approximately 4–6 weeks.
