Treatment Coordinator at Image Specialty Partners

Axelrode Orthodontics in Moraga is looking for an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team!

In this role, you’ll be the trusted guide for patients on their orthodontic journey - from the first consultation to case acceptance - by delivering outstanding customer service, presenting treatment options, and reviewing financial arrangements with clarity and care.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and support patients through consultations and treatment plans
• Present financial and insurance options clearly and accurately
• Help achieve case acceptance goals while ensuring a positive patient experience
• Coordinate scheduling and communication between patients, doctors, and staff

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in orthodontics, dental, or healthcare preferred
• Strong background in sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
