Dental Treatment Coordinator – Executive Dentistry (Dearborn, MI)
Full-Time | Monday–Thursday + One Saturday/Month

Executive Dentistry is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled and personable Treatment Coordinator to join our exceptional team in Dearborn, MI! Located at 23044 Cherry Hill St, our office is known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming and professional environment.

We’re seeking someone who thrives in patient communication and case acceptance — someone who can confidently present treatment plans, close cases, and get patients scheduled quickly and efficiently.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• One Saturday per month (typically the first): 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in treatment planning and case presentation

• Ability to confidently close cases and guide patients through scheduling

• Organized, detail-oriented, and highly reliable

• A positive, professional demeanor with great communication skills

• Prior dental front office or treatment coordination experience preferred
