Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Trust & Estates Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust and estate planning, with the ability to provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients on various estate-related matters. This role is essential in helping our clients navigate the complexities of estate planning and ensure their wishes are fulfilled in line with the law.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Trust & Estates Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust and estate planning, with the ability to provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients on various estate-related matters. This role is essential in helping our clients navigate the complexities of estate planning and ensure their wishes are fulfilled in line with the law.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on trust and estate planning matters
- Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
- Assist clients in the administration of estates and trusts
- Conduct probate proceedings and represent clients in court as necessary
- Advise clients on gift tax, estate gift tax planning, and charitable planning strategies
- Develop customized estate plans that address clients' unique needs and goals
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting trust and estate planning
- Collaborate with financial professionals to provide comprehensive estate solutions
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust and estate planning
- Strong knowledge of probate law and estate tax regulations
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
