Highlights of the role:

• Litigate a wide range of trusts and estates disputes, including will and trust contests, fiduciary removal, breach of fiduciary duty, elder financial abuse, conservatorships, and administration matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence while managing court appearances, mediations, and trials

• Collaborate with estate planning colleagues on complex matters involving succession, valuation, and retirement planning

• Develop and execute litigation strategies while maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active California Bar membership

• Minimum of 4 years of trusts and estates litigation experience (senior-level candidates also welcome, including shareholder applicants with portable business)

• Strong legal analysis, research, drafting, and courtroom advocacy skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while meeting deadlines and billable requirements

• Client-service mindset and collaborative approach

Compensation: $170,000 – $202,500, depending on years of experience, plus comprehensive benefits.
